Date and a good laugh

Sam asked me out last evening, and we went to my café de choix, Les Deux Magots fot a lengthy talk, if I would take him back after all. He is clean and sober now and started his juristic studies now. It seemed, as if he was all of the guy I met some years ago. That makes it a bit difficult for me to decide. ...On a different note, I couldn´t sleep last nite because these dry massages(minds off the gutter!) on my leg always give me cramps like hell. I took magnesia pills but they worked only little better as bananas, as you paramedics told me. ...Then, before I fall asleep, I want you to thank David for his hilarious two posts. I coukdn´t hold me laughing! :-D Laters Pilgrim...and please comment, or do I have to carry you to comment!? :-)

Allowing someone back into your heart can be a very difficult decision. Though you remember the joy and love they brought into your life, there is always the recollection of disappointment as well. Good luck to you.

And have I been absent from your comment area? My apologies. I've got some serious legal issues hanging over me at the moment and my mind is simply elsewhere these days.

That’s indeed a hard decision, if you trust again maybe you try to fix an illusion or you get a deeper understanding and stronger closeness to him because of your experiences, both things are possible. I’m not the person to give advice here but my good wishes are with you.

I forget why you dumped him. Some questions for you to ask yourself are: 1. was it a valid reason to dump him at the time (if not, then it's not fair to him to take him back, because you could do it again); 2. if it was valid then, is it still valid (if not, you might consider taking him back); 3. why would you want to take him back; 4. what does taking him back mean to you; 5. does it mean the same thing to him; 6. what about Val?

That sounds like a very sweet time :) Sorry I can't give much advice yet, but of course it's only good to go further when you're sure, if that makes sense.

Try drinking water for the cramps. I find that helps a lot because I get leg cramps all the time (I'm a swimmer)
